Notaker is a collaborative digital whiteboard and document editor built for teaching and presenting. Create documents, write and draw with a pen or stylus, record your sessions, and let others join in real time — from a desktop, a classroom whiteboard, or a tablet.

Where to start¶

• Editor — the core surface for creating and editing documents and recordings: tools, pen mode, pages, and device profiles.
• Rooms — invite others to collaborate live, control who can join, and manage their roles and permissions.
• Documents — create blank documents, import PDFs and Google Drive files, or start from your library.
• Recordings — capture your work as a recording, then play it back or resume it later.
• Sharing — share documents and recordings with links, control visibility, or post directly to Google Classroom.
• Integrations — connect Google Drive and Google Classroom to your account.
• Account & Settings — manage your profile, security, and storage.
